Land Development

We provide services including everything from the Planning of a particular development to the finished Site and Construction plans.  We utilize the most advanced software systems including AutoCad Civil 3D and Terramodel to offer our clients multiple designs at the beginning of the design stage to implement the most economical and environmently friendly design possible.

We use Trimble GPS equipment which enables us to download and transfer field data from the instrument in the field directly to the office via the internet.  The result is the ability to generate and transfer data real time, this allows our technical design staff to maintain constant communication with the field technicians improving effieciency throughout the design process.

Surveying Services

Dab and our associates can provide surveying services including property research, boundary plats, topographical, wetland delineation and location survey, and on site construction stake out.

Our survey crews hold licenses in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland and have over twenty years of experience in the field ranging from projects in the Alaskan north lands to the mountains of West Virginia to the Piedmont Region of the Carolinas to sunny south Florida. 

We have transformed the way work is done through the innovative application of GPS, lasers, optical, and inertial technologies, as well as wireless communications and application specific software to provide complete solutions that link positioning to productivity.

Construction and Construction Management

We provide general construction and construction management for your commercial and industrial projects.  Our construction staff has over forty years of experience in infastructure and building construction including residential communities, apartments, retail, offices, commercial and data center projects.

DAB carries a Class A Contractor's license in the state of Viriginia.
